This is our first blog where we will introduce some of our latest illustrations of our favourite venues and tell you all about why we think the venues are amazing. We are going to kick things off by introducing you to this fabulous gem, private family owned by Jenny & Mike Churches of Godney, Wells.
This beautiful old deconsecrated village church has been restored to its former glory. What an amazing job Jenny & Mike have achieved and if you are looking for the perfect venue for your civil wedding ceremony, then look no further.
With breath-taking panoramic views of Glastonbury Tor, and the Somerset Levels, this is such an idyllic setting. We find that churches always make great sketches, plenty of character, and we hope you are impressed with our sketch of this beautiful one!
The inside is equally amazing, so much so we just had to sketch this too. Imagine standing at the front, under that arch, by those windows while you and your partner are being married. Stunning!

We are proud to be preferred suppliers to Glastonbury Wedding Venue and we enjoyed exhibiting at their wedding fair earlier in the year. Here we met many other great suppliers, all of whom are listed on the website, and all carefully picked by Jenny & Mike to bring great customer service. We feel that they have an amazing venue and have compiled a great network to ensure their customers can be sure of a wonderful time. It is hardly surprising that in such a short space of time, they are already being nominated for various wedding awards.
We have created a special package that is exclusive to this venue which ranges from Save the Date Cards, Invitation Suites (the invitation which features both the church sketch and also inside the internal sketch, alongside RSVP Cards and Information Cards). Oh…and hot off the press, we have just sent our first order of this venue to a customer that ordered from us at the Wedding Show earlier in the year. We have had some wonderful feedback which made our week!
